Step into the enchanting island of Menorca. As soon as you arrive you will be completely enchanted by the laid back atmosphere, dazzling Mediterranean waters and sensational seafood.

Menorca has long been considered the quieter and less developed of the Balearic islands, but this stunning island is growing in popularity. Whilst it may not have the buzzy beach bars of Mallorca or the cosmopolitan vibes of Ibiza, this island has plenty to offer.

Menorca is known for its incredible scenery and natural beauty. The island was announced as a UNESCO biosphere reserve in 1993, and now its crystal-clear waters boast incredible marine life and the Albufera Natural Park is home to over 100 species of waterbird.

Many of our luxury villas have amazing views and provide peace and tranquillity in your secluded location. From the exclusive area of Cala Llonga, which offers incredible views across the harbour of the city and port of Mahon, to the rural paradises close to Ciutadella situated on the unspoilt north coast of Menorca, the island has everything you need for a well-earned, relaxing break.

With a 135-mile long coastline, there is no better way to spend a day than chartering a boat and sailing around the island, discovering secret bays and coves, as well as stopping at waterfront tavernas for a long lunch in the sun.

From the pretty coastal town of Binibeca to the traditional fishing village of Son Bou, our luxury villas in Menorca are places all over the island and can cater to every taste and requirement whilst all being unashamedly fabulous. Whether you want modern and contemporary, a traditional Finca, sea views or a private location we will be sure to find the perfect Menorca villa rental for you and your group.

We don’t do ordinary here. We are a small team of experienced travel specialists, no request is too big or too small, so please do ask for our help in finding you the perfect luxury holiday villa in Menorca to rent.

Things to do

Best for sundowners

Ivette –  Chill out at this gorgeous restaurant on the seafront in Cala Morell. This is one of the few beach clubs on the island and its blinding-white terrace with canvas chairs and tasselled parasols have attracted many visitors.

The Terrace Bar – Part of Isabella Beach Club on Playas de Fornells, this is the ultimate spot to watch the sunset. It’s a simple patio built into the rocks and scrub but serves upmarket cocktails and delicious food all whilst the sun turns the bay a dazzling gold, then peach, then pink.

Bambu Menorca – A see-and-be-seen restaurant and a sunset drinks terrace, Bambu in Binibeca is a glamorous, multi-level restaurant with a tropical feel.

Best restaurants

S’Amarador Restaurant – located in the port of Ciutadella, this restaurant is in a privileged location and it is decorated with a refined interior design. Its wine cellar has more than 100 listings, so is perfect for any wine lover.

Restaurante Sa Pedrera d’es Pujol – It is considered one of the best restaurants on the island. It is located on a peasant farm at the outskirts of Sant Lluis, close to Torrent and almost in the middle of the Minorcan countryside. This popular restaurant serves local cuisine with international techniques and inspiration.

Café Balear – This is a must-visit restaurant in the Port of Ciudadela. Café Balear has its own boat called “Rosa Santa Primavera” and that is the reason why fresh fish and shellfish dishes are especially outstanding here.

Best for exploring

Albufera Natural Park – This natural park is a paradise to explore. Two thousand hectares of unspoilt nature, romantic landscapes, crystal clear water and secret coves to all waiting to be discovered.

Charter a boat – Menorca has an incredible coastline which is best seen from the sea. Hire a private boat and cruise around the island finding secret coves and stopping for cooling swims.

Mahón – Mahón is a cosmopolitan city with the perfect combination of tradition and modernity. In the old town, streets form a small maze full of English-style manor houses and historic buildings

Mallorca essential visit

Cova d’en Xoroi – This is the legendary cliff-edge natural cave nightclub. A place for sunset disco and Menorca nightlife.

Best Beaches –

Cala Turqueta – this is one of Menorca’s most famous beaches and is a real natural treasure. Its name refers to the turquoise colour of its crystal waters and it has a picturesque white sandy beach. It is roughly 14 km from Ciutadella.

Cala Mitjana and Cala Mitjaneta – White sand, clear water, picturesque cliffs and forest in the background. Cala Mitjana and Cala Mitjaneta shouldn’t be missed.

Cala Morell – The cobalt blue shade of the sea is due to the depth of the bay which is the highlight of the cove known as one of the best for diving on Menorca. You will also find the beach club Ivette here – perfect for a long lunch in the sun.

When to Visit

On average there are about 300 days of sunshine per year and up to 12 hours of sunshine a day in the summertime. May and June on the island of Menorca see everything spring into bloom and it’s a gorgeous time to visit. July and August see record temperatures around the 30s and lazing by the pool of your luxury villa is idyllic. Temperatures drop to mid-twenties in September and October but the island is less busy and it’s a wonderful time to go.
