Villa Aztec sits a stone’s throw from Panormos beach with its must-try boho-chic Principote beach club and restaurant just a 10-minute walk. Nestled into the hillside with stunning Panormos beach views the minimalistic design and layback Aztec decor complement the typical white-washed Cycladic architecture.
The bustling energy of Mykonos town is just 10 minutes by car and the beautiful unspoilt beach of Agios Sostis with Kikis Taverna, the best Taverna on the island, just 2 minutes away.
The outdoor areas at Vila Aztec offer mesmerising sea views and the main terrace beside the pool features a large shaded lounge area with a bar, BBQ and dining area.
Set over several levels the main house hosts the living room and kitchen with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a further 2 guest rooms are located at the lower level, access by a separate entrance. The spacious calming lounge area opens onto the pool terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor living. It’s the perfect place for relaxing after a long day at the beach and is equipped with a smart satellite TV and a working fireplace for the colder months. The bright open-plan kitchen opens onto the dining areas with seating for up to 10 guests.
Villa Aztec is an incredibly private and secure luxury villa in Mykonos – protected by a double gate and modern security system connect to a 24hr private security company.

Villa Aztec is ideally located to explore the whole island. You have 2 wonderful and peaceful beaches within walking distance ( Panormos Beach and Agios Sostis), and it is just a 10-minute drive to Mykonos town or the picturesque village of Ano Mera, and just 10 to 15 minutes to most of the island’s famous beaches and beach bars.
