Minimalist yet luxurious, Casa Pia is a fantastic newly built luxury villa with views of the beach, Formentera and Dalt Vila. This impressive property is built into the hillside close to the coast, just a few minutes drive away from the buzz of Ibiza town, perfectly located for you to discover all that Ibiza has to offer.
Exquisitely decorated and furnished, the modern Casa Pia is spread over two floors and boasts plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Soft white sofas match gracefully with the traditional wood tables, whilst the interiors blend cool greys and whites. The large windows allow for sunlight to flood the living spaces, and everywhere you look, you will be treated to magnificent views. The living level is completely open plan, stretching from the casual lounge seating areas to the formal dining area, through to informal dining seating adjacent to a sleek contemporary kitchen.
The spectacular views are best enjoyed from the fabulous outside terrace and beautiful infinity pool. Contemporary loungers and a large dining table share the terrace space with the pool, to create a wonderful alfresco entertaining space.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, Casa Pia offers 4 contemporary styled bedrooms. The master suite includes access to the upper terrace and a large jetted bathtub from which you can enjoy the spectacular sea views. Two further double rooms are en-suite and the fourth has terrace access.
