Sleeping up to 14 guests in 7 Bedrooms + 3 Staff bedrooms space is at a maximum. All bedrooms include a TV, air-conditioning, automatic blinds, and an en-suite bath or shower room. The décor is minimal with crisp white linens and subtle pops of colour, from either the photography or art that adorns the walls, or from the rugs that liven up and soften the floors. 

The bedrooms situated on the ground floor have French windows which open on to the garden and enjoy the amazing sea-views. Those bedrooms on the lower ground due to their position have windows that are high above eye level but remain spacious and light. 

There is a separate guest house with two double bedrooms, perfect for staff or teenagers. There rooms open onto a small terrace garden, but do not benefit from the same stunning sea views as the main house.

You will love the open plan kitchen, kitted out with everything you might need to prepare the most delicious meals – the hardest decision you’ll have to make is where to enjoy them – indoors in the elegant dining area with unbroken sea-views through the vast floor-to-ceiling windows surrounded by pop art and trendy designer furniture or to dine outdoors on the balmy terrace listening to the sound of the waves on the beach below. 

The additional outdoor kitchen and dining area, situated in the garden, allows your party to possibly split into two groups, some to enjoy a pizza and movie night in the garden whilst others can enjoy their dinner on the villa’s terrace. Whatever evenings you have in mind, our team will be able to arrange it all for you. 

As the sun dips below the horizon stroll across the lawn, with the scent of jasmine and lavender in the air, to sink into the baby pink sofas and bean bags at the property’s large outdoor cinema screen (10x5m) to enjoy the latest flick “backyard movie night” style.

This waterfront villa couldn’t be more chic, suitable for large groups or families, near the beach, with its own private pool and cinema. Your rooms will be cleaned 6 times a week. Villa Heloise is within walking distance of great restaurants, great beaches and yet secluded enough to really escape from it all.
