It’s the extra touches that make Villa Nemi really special. Head downstairs to the lower level and this is where you will find the  Home cinema room with 75’’ TV, play console, a large space with a pool table.

Alongside all the luxurious facilities indoors, Vila Nemi has exceptional outdoor areas.  The 12m infinity pool is surrounded by attractive wooden loungers for basking in the sun and the grounds stretch down to the sea, making it a wonderful waterfront villa. A huge dining area, outdoor barbecue and fully equipped kitchen are ideal for alfresco dining during the long summer nights. At the front terrace, there is a living area with comfortable sofas where you can relax under the shade and read a book, have a glass of wine or enjoy the views of Apraos bay.
