This is an exclusive, private residence on an unspoilt corner of the White Isle, surrounded by natural beauty and is the perfect luxury villa for both families and friends. You’ll be only a short walk from one of the most famous and beautiful beaches of the island, Cala Conta, as well as the Calabassa Beach Club. This is Ibiza living at its finest.
The beautiful vistas can be seen everywhere you go around the villa. The stylish and modern open plan living and dining area has a wall of windows, which frame the incredible views, and the shaded alfresco dining terrace is the perfect place for a sundowner whilst taking in the beauty surrounding you. The fully retractable terrace doors make indoor/outdoor living seamless.
Outdoors you’ll discover an 18m long swimming pool and garden, all surrounded by olive trees and flowers, creating your very own Spanish oasis. And perfectly designed for long summer alfresco dinners, you will find BBQ facilities as well as a sun terrace with uninterrupted sea views.
Want to discover more of Ibiza? Villa Rayen has a 12 mt motor yacht available for charter throughout your stay. This high-end Italian yacht has a large sundeck and sofas, so you can relax and enjoy the passing scenery whilst seeing more of the island and discovering secret bays.
Villa Rayen has been beautifully designed with designer influences and furnishings throughout the property. Comfort and relaxation remain at its heart, and indoors you will find a steam room, perfect for those wanting a little R&R. This luxury Ibiza villa also benefits from a cinema room and a Sonos music system.
Sleeping up to 10 + 2 guests, each of the 5 bedrooms have stylish furnishings iPads & Apple TV and fantastic en-suite bathroom facilities with walk-in glass Dornbracht Sky rain showers and free-standing tubs. The 5 bedrooms on the ground floor all open onto a terrace and the garden. There is an additional 6th bedroom which is suitable for children.
