With direct access to the beach, island life doesn’t get much better than this. Villa Rita is a stunning luxury villa located on the seafront in Cala Ratjada, with spectacular sea views, and plenty of outdoor living areas, allowing you to soak up the sun day and night.
Surrounded by large gardens, you will be in total privacy whilst staying at Villa Rita, whilst also being only a stone’s throw away from the delicious local restaurants and many beaches surrounding Cala Ratjada.
Stylish and classic in design, the muted tones inside compliment the dark wood, creating a striking feel. The huge windows throughout make it a very bright house and the spectacular views can be seen from almost all of them. The newly renovated modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for serving up a feast for your family and friends – you will just need to choose whether to dine alfresco or around the dining table indoors. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, a separate TV corner and huge sumptuous sofas.
The house has a large front porch as well as a huge front terrace, both with spectacular sea views. On these terraces, you will find several tables for outdoor dining as well as several sofas and sunbeds, and in the background, there is the barbecue area. You can also admire the sea views from the pool terrace where you will find several comfortable sun loungers on which to relax and top up your tan. For sports enthusiasts, there is a private tennis court.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, Villa Rita offers 5 sleek bedrooms each filled with traditional touches and soft linens, with most offering sea views.
