Located in a tranquil location not far away from San Rafael, this luxury villa was designed by renowned architect Rolf Blakstad, and is built in line with his view of maintaining old traditional style and Ibicencan architecture.
This luxury villa is set within the Ibizan countryside and it has seven acres of woodland and terraced orchards on the grounds. The garden features a stunning private pool, perfect for long daily swims or lounging with the family. The BBQ area has an outside dining area and the kitchen and leads on to a wide-open terraced area of lawn, making al fresco dining hassle-free.
The interiors focus on neutral and soft tones, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Indoors there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a welcoming lounge as well as a cinema room. Using the latest technology the house has been wired throughout with Cat 5 cabling and has been fitted with an intelligent AV system allowing control from any phone or tablet to play music, movies or videos in different areas of the house terrace or pool.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, Villa San Rafael offers 5 luxurious bedrooms. All have an en-suite bathroom, spacious wardrobes and are all fully air conditioned.

Location
Villa San Rafael is located in the heart of the island between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis in the countryside not far from the Ibiza hotspots. The villa is just 7 minutes from San Rafael and 15 minutes from Ibiza Town. It’s also close to a variety of beaches and lovely towns. Golf enthusiasts will find it in Santa Eulalia, on the road leading to the beach of Cala Llonga, the only course on the island.
The airport is a 20-minute drive away.
