With roughly 340 days of sunshine, it is clear why sun-lovers flock to Ibiza all year. Found just off the coast of Spain, Ibiza is eclectic, unique and a must-visit destination for a luxury villa holiday.
Ibiza has continued to draw in the crowds ever since its rise to popularity amongst the artistic, bohemian crowd in the 1950s. There remains a thriving art scene on the island, and once you arrive it is clear where the artists get their inspiration from. Wild coastlines, stunning beaches and incredible views everywhere you look. The north east of the island has retained its bohemained laid-back vibes and is a perfect base for those wanting a more relaxed Ibiza villa holiday.
Ibiza’s iconic old town should not be missed. Romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic, all rolled into one, there really is no place like. Spend time walking through the shopping street, explore the port and marina and discover the ancient walled fortress of Dalt Vila – all before grabbing a drink and watching the world go past at the glitzy new Marina Ibiza.
Beaches are what Ibiza does best. The island is liberally sprinkled with unspoilt coves and beaches. From family-friendly stretches of sand to secluded coves – you won’t have to look too far to find your own patch of privacy. The south east and south west of the island are home to some of the best beaches and bars, and if you want to catch the sunset head to the iconic beaches like Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Tariday and Cala Vadella.
From beach front properties, to traditional hilltop fincas to modern private homes with infinity pools, we offer a huge range of luxury villas in Ibiza. Whether you want to be close to the action in Cala Jondal or the legendary Es Vedra, or relaxing in the less known area of Cap Negret, or making the most of the vineyards of San Mateu, we will be sure to find the perfect Ibiza villa rental for your group.
We don’t do ordinary here. We are a small team of experienced travel specialists, no request is too big or too small, so please do ask for our help in finding you the perfect luxury villa in Ibiza to rent.
Best for sundowners
If you want to feel like a Bond Villain, then head to the luxurious Hacienda Na Xamena. It’s perched on the cliffs on the north-west of the island and this means you get incredible views of the cliffs turning pink!
Visiting the Benirras beach on the island’s northwest coast is a quintessential Ibiza experience. As the sun sets the music and drums begin to play until it disappears into the sea for another day.
For ultimate beach club vibes and fantastic sunset sessions, visit Cotton Beach Club on Cala Tarida. Decked all in white with chic furnishing, you’ll get to enjoy jaw dropping views across the Med, and fabulous cocktails to match.
Best restaurants
Formerly known as El Divino, Lío is located in Marina Ibiza, overlooking the port of Ibiza, whilst also offering fantastic views of the old town. Lío is a cabaret bar and restaurant by day and a club by night and is known for its high-quality gastronomy, art, live music and clubbing.
Situated on a clifftop, the luxurious 7Pines Resort Ibiza has become increasingly popular for visitors, inviting them to try their gastronomic delights at either Pershing superyacht, Cone Club or The View. All whilst enjoying arguably the best sunsets of the island.
Amante is a perfect all-day destination – think long daytime lunches and fine dining in the evening breeze. Serving fresh and delicious Spanish and Italian dishes, it is clear why this relaxed beach club has become increasingly popular.
Best for exploring
Head to Las Salinas salt flats on the southeast of the island. During the summer month, the water evaporates and leaves behind a sparkling layer of pure salt, which looks truly incredible as the sunsets.
Visit the local markets, in particular Punta Arabi, which is the oldest and largest hippy market on the island, featuring plenty of great food, great shopping and lots of live music and other acts.
Ibiza essential visit
The iconic Café del Mar in San Antonio opened in 1980, and although it may seem like a cliché, it’s something you should experience at least once when in Ibiza.
Best Beaches
The beautiful Cala Jondal Bay is a must-visit when you’re not in your private Ibiza villa. Surrounded by pines and jagged cliffs, this is a picture-perfect spot and is also home to Blue Marlin Ibiza, one of the most famous VIP beach clubs on the island.
Cala Vadella is a small and quaint beach that is popular with families – the kids will love playing in the caves and snorkelling on the left-hand side of the beach.
Cala Salda gives you a feeling of being in some remote tropical paradise due to its crystal clear waters.
Ibiza is known for its fabulous weather year-round, so there is never a bad time to visit the island. It benefits from typical Mediterranean climate, and the summer from June to September is particularly pleasant with hot and dry weather. You’ll be expecting temperatures around the high 20s and low 30s during the summer months. For a cooler and less busy experience, visit during early spring and autumn, when the summer crowds haven’t yet arrived but the sun is still shining.
Ibiza has its own airport, which is in the south of the island.
Hiring a car is recommended if you want to explore the delights of this incredible island yet it can be extremely busy with long queues at the airport during the summer months. Please do ask our team if you would like a luxury vehicle delivered to your private Ibiza villa on arrival.
We recommend hiring a boat for the day to explore some of the more hidden coves and beaches around the island, just let us know what you’d like to do and our team will be able to organise something extra special.
Our website offers a small flavour of the many houses we work with and some of our owners prefer to remain anonymous.
